Our registration system is called CampInTouch. Before you begin, you should be familiar with our Dates & Rates and Core Sports.


If needed, you may begin the application and then come back later. Simply click “Save for Later” at the bottom of any page of the application and then log in again.

Registration Details

A deposit is required within 2-weeks of registration to secure early enrollment discounts. Balances are due in full by June 1st.

Deposit Amounts:

  • Full-Session – $750
  • Rookie Camp – $500

What Discounts Are Available?


In addition to any applicable Early Enrollment discount the following discounts will be calculated automatically when completing an application online.

Do I Need to Create an Account Online? Can You Help Me Retrieve My Login?

Online Account Details

Yes, our application and forms system requires a unique login. If you have any questions during the registration process, feel free to call our office at 415-997-8844.

New Families: If you are completing the camper application for the first time, you will need to create a login and password. This portal will be how we communicate and share documents prior to and during camp.

Returning Families:  Log in with your email (be sure to use the same one you used previously) to update your contact information and register for this summer. Most of your application will be pre-populated.

Do You Offer Payment Plans?

Monthly Installment Plans

There are 2 options to set up monthly payments. Balances Must be paid in full by June 1st.

  • Pay by Credit Card – Your credit card will be automatically charged each month.
  • Pay by Check – You will receive an invoice via email each month.

The amount due is based on the quantity of months you register divided by the number of months remaining until June.

For example:

If you register in November, your first installment will be processed in December and will be paid in 6 equal payments (including December), until the balance is paid in full in June.

If you register in February, your first installment will be processed in March and then paid in 4 equal payments (including March), until the balance is paid in full in June.
