My name is Caitlin Reed I’m originally from Crossville, TN but currently reside in Salisbury Maryland where I just finished up my collegiate playing career and year 16 of playing basketball. Out of high school I signed to play at Averett University in Danville VA where I helped lead the team to a conference title. After two season there I transferred to Salisbury University where I was part of a nationally rank team, posted a 20-7 record and made an NCAA tournament run during my senior year. Alongside my playing experience I just concluded my 6th year of coaching youth. I have experience working with all ages of boys and girls from kindergarten all the way up to high school seniors. I have coached youth recreational leagues, travel clubs, summer camps (Nationally recognized Point Gaurd College) and most recently began doing private individual skill training for athletes. I am highly involved around campus and have even been selected to represent my university at leadership and aspiring coaching conventions over my 4 years. I am about to graduate with my degree in physical education and a minor in athletic coaching. As well as finalize a contract to begin coaching basketball at the college level while obtaining my masters degree. My coaching philosophy centers around providing all the tools possible for younge athletes to be successful, have fun, and at the end of the day become the best version of themselves possible
